I had a pleasant stay at Al Jomrok, with its lovely rooms and friendly staff being standout features. However, the lack of outward-facing windows and some noise issues slightly marred the experience.

My room was beautifully decorated with tasteful modern furnishings and large, comfortable beds. However, I found it a bit odd not to have any street view, only stained glass panes that didn't really allow for a glimpse outside.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. They organized transportation for me seamlessly, which added to my positive experience.

The location is unbeatable, right on the edge of Souq Waqif. I loved being able to dive into the vibrant atmosphere and easily explore the area around me.

Breakfast options were good and substantial, though I noted that the rooftop café had limited hours and did not serve breakfast, which was a bit of a drawback.

The hotel had lovely amenities, including well-stocked rooms with coffee machines and complimentary bottled water, though I did experience some noise from adjacent rooms.

My stay at Al Jomrok was good, with welcoming staff and a fantastic location right in the heart of the souk. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. However, the nearby pool access could use improvement, as it was a bit of a trek and not as convenient as I hoped.

My room was beautifully decorated with stained glass windows and modern furnishings. The queen-size bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spacious with a rain shower. Daily replenishments of bottled water and coffee added a nice touch.

Dining options nearby were decent with a good selection, although I didn't try the buffet at the sister hotel. I appreciated the variety available in the souk itself.

While the facilities were really good, I was disappointed that the only pool was a short walk away at another hotel. The club car service wasn't available during my stay, which would have made accessing it much easier.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Jomrok Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, making me feel at home. However, I did experience some noise issues from the kitchen in my room that affected my sleep.

My room was beautifully decorated with stained glass windows and modern furnishings, though it lacked natural light, giving it a slightly dungeon-like feel. The large bathroom with a rain shower was a highlight.

The service was really good. Hussein, in particular, went above and beyond with suggestions and help, really enhancing my experience.

The breakfast was decent, but the experience at the café with its stunning views was nice. I also appreciated the fruit and baklava platter upon arrival.

While I had access to great facilities like the spa at nearby hotels, the internet speed could use improvement.

My stay at Al Jomrok Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels was a mix of wonderful experiences and a few drawbacks. The hotel's location in the heart of the Souq Waqif made for a good evening stroll, but the lack of windows in the room left much to be desired. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help; however, my room was noisy due to its proximity to the restaurant kitchen. Overall, it was a nice stopover.

I had a lovely stay at Al Jomrok, where the value for money was excellent, especially given its unbeatable location right in the heart of the souk. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, though it's true that they didn't have outward-facing windows. The staff were extremely hospitable, particularly Bassem at the front desk, though the breakfast didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, I would definitely consider returning, but I might want to explore the other boutique hotels in the area next time.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with stunning Arabic decor. I especially enjoyed the large bathroom complete with a rain shower. It was quiet, which was surprising given the bustling souk outside.
Service

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They genuinely insisted on carrying my bags and gave excellent suggestions for activities and dining. Hussein even arranged for the hotel Mercedes to take me to the airport, which made my trip seamless.

The breakfast was offered at a sister hotel, but I found it to be somewhat average and limited in selection. However, there are plenty of nearby dining options in the souk for lunch and dinner.
Facilities

While the hotel didn't have a pool on-site and I had to walk a few minutes to use one at a sister hotel, the atmosphere around the souk made up for it. I appreciated having a coffee machine and fresh drinking water in the room.
